Our Wedding

Frank and Hannah met in the summer of 2022 while counseling middle schoolers at Long Hollow Church camp (yes, the Lord really does work in mysterious ways—even in cabins full of middle school chaos). One day, one of Hannah’s girls confidently said, “That guy likes you,” pointing directly at Frank. Without missing a beat, Hannah replied, “I have never seen that man in my life. And besides, if a guy likes you, he’ll come find you.” Hoping to encourage that girl not everything is about boys, and the right one will make it clear—completely unaware she was about to be proven very, very right. As it turned out, Frank did like her, and he did find her. The two became great friends while Hannah wrapped up her internship at Long Hollow (where Frank worked on staff). They spent that season getting to know each other, serving together, and praying about the whole “what if…” They didn’t rush into anything—but once they knew, they knew. Best friends first, then dating as soon as they could… and the rest, as they say, is history.(Also, shoutout to that middle school girl—you saw it before anyone else.)

Alli is Hannah's older sister. Alli was a huge role model in Hannahs life and even got to serve as her maid of honor 2 years ago. She is Hannahs built-in best friend and greatest cheerleader, she’s been there for every competition, recital, and play—always in the front row, cheering her on. From a young age Hannah wanted to be just like her- and that has not changed years later.

Maddie and Hannah met in elementary school, but did not come close friends until senior year. Their friendship grew through show choir, accapella choir, and has carried through their college years. While show choir is no longer a part of their lives they enjoy their phone calls while they drive across town or catching up over chips and salsa. 

Maddie Megginson 

Jackie and Hannah met once she moved from Pennsylvania, however their friendship grew as they served as interns together over the summer. Jackie is a listening ear, down to earth, up for anything girl- and it was no shock their friendship became close. 

Jackie Miller 

Ellie was Hannahs first friend at Welch college. Their friendship came into full swing as they perfromed as "Christmast Bells" in the Welch play. Hannah will often call Ellie her friend from God that gave her comfort her first semester at Welch, but has also encouraged her in her relationship with Frank but most importantly God.

Anna and Hannah became friends senior year of high school. Senior year they served as each others opposites as leads in the school play. They grew closer (not only because our names got mixed up) but over their love of dogs + having someone to run ANY errand with 

Anna Jones 

Morgan and Hannah quickly bonded senior year over their passion for leadership. Morgan and Hannah were both in DECA, theater and show choir together and were able to perform together multiple times. Hannah loves most about Morgan that they can get into a deep political conversation and them moments later hang out of a car blaring music. 

Morgan Negus 

Lacey is Hannahs sister in love, married to her older brother Brandon Carmack. Hannah and Lacey met when Hannah was in 4th grade and share a love for baking and coffee. Lacey is always willing with a helpful hand or idea and is not afraid of a challenge- and is always willing to try Hannahs new coffee recipe.

Kate is Franks older sister, but Hannahs sister-in-love. Hannah quickly found a friend in Kate when they first met. Kate is a great encourager, listener, and friend. Hannah has loved having a sister and is very greatful to have another 

Kate Philpot 

Nick is Franks best friend. They first met when Frank was a freshmen in high school but lost contact with one another until Frank began to attend church years later. Nick is marked by a big heart for others and ferocious ambition. Nick Farmer has taught Frank what true godly brotherhood looks like. 

Nick Farmer 

Brett is not just Frank's work boss, but is also a significant brother and role model for following Jesus. Frank and Brett met several years into Frank working at Longhollow and they have continued to work side by side since. Brett is a spiritual mentor for Frank and serves as a remarkable example of how to be a godly husband, brother, friend, and dad.

Brett Elzy 

Dawson was one of the first people Frank met at Longhollow Church as they both were serving as camp counselors. Frank and Dawson have survived long flights together and strenuous mission trip moments. Dawson is always willing for an adventure that involves coffee, thrifting, and fellowship.  

Dawson Hinst

Brandon is Hannahs older brother. He is the perfect example of protector and friend in Hannahs eyes. Frank and Brandon quickly bonded over UFC and, of course, guns. Since then they enjoy chatting over these and their newest theological studies.

Brandon Carmack 

Will is Hannah’s younger brother, gym enthusiast, and now Frank’s co-worker at church—so you could say things have come full circle. He's got a love for the weight room, and a knack for keeping everyone laughing. From spotting Frank on bench press to standing by his side on the big day, Will’s always ready to show up strong (literally and figuratively).

Will Carmack 

Wes is Will’s twin brother—which means Hannah didn’t just grow up with one strong, funny, gym-loving sibling... she got two. Wes is all about lifting weights, jokes, and dominating in video games. Whether he’s crushing it in the gym or on the controller, Wes brings energy, loyalty, and a competitive spirit to everything he does—including standing by Frank and Hannah on their big day.

Wes Carmack

Blake is Hannahs brother in law. He has been family from the very start—loyal, kind, and always ready to make us laugh. He’s the kind of guy who shows up, supports without hesitation, and brings a diet coke wherever he goes.

Blake Fuqua

Korey is Frank’s brother-in-law and has become more like a bonus brother over the years. He’s loyal, easygoing, and the kind of guy you want by your side. Fun fact: the very first time Hannah met Korey was at his wedding—so it only feels right that he’s standing with them on theirs!

Korey Philpot 

Ashlyn is Hannahs “something blue,” They met both on the cheer team in high school. She’s the kind of friend who can match any vibe—whether it is tearing up the dance floor or having a deep heart-to-heart. Her energy, loyalty, and ability to show up in every season make her one of a kind.

Ashlyn Campbell

Ella is Hannah's "Something Blue". She is Hannah's line dancing, animal loving bestie—she’s as fun as she is hardworking. From late-night dance floors to running around the town, she’s always down for an adventure. Her friendship is steady, real, and full of heart.
