We're having an outdoor ceremony and reception on our farm in the Ozarks! The reception is being held in our hay barn, so please be cautious of attire, as we will be playing out in the dirt!
What is the ceremony dress code?
Dress code for the ceremony is "Casual". With that said; jeans, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, flip-flops, and sneakers are not appropriate. Examples of this include a sundress or a nice blouse with some sort of trouser for women. Examples for men would be dress pants or khakis paired with a collared shirt, with the option to also style their look with a tie or sports jacket.
What is the reception dress code?
We have opted for a fun "Cowboy Casual" dress code for the reception! We want you to be comfortable and have fun all evening, so to encourage that, we want you to wear what's comfortable and makes you feel good (within reason)! To pay homage to our time in Yellowstone, we ask that you consider adding a piece of the West to your attire. Examples would be a cowboy hat, cowboy boots, denim, neck scarves, bolo ties, turquoise, etc. You can find inspiration mood board for both men and women below! We do ask that you opt out of sweats or graphic tees, as our photographers still want to get great photos of our favorite people!
What is an "informal reception"?
Exactly what it sounds like! We want our reception celebration to be just that: a celebration! Dinner, games, bonfires, snacks, new friends, and joined family! A fun, relaxed, party with our favorite people! Be prepared to dance, play, sing, and snack the night away as we celebrate our new friends and family coming together!
