What time should we arrive?
Please arrive no later than 3:45pm!
The venue closes the gates 10 minutes before the ceremony starts and we plan to start right at 4pm so we have plenty of time to celebrate with everyone! Plus Mike told me I can’t be late :)
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! We will also have a shuttle available for those staying at the host hotel!
What if I am staying at the Westin (Host Hotel)
For wedding day there will be a shuttle picking everyone up in the front at 3:20pm. There will only be one shuttle trip to the venue and it will be leaving at 3:30pm on the dot! However, the shuttle will run all night back to the hotel for those who don’t want to party until 11pm!
Are we registered anywhere
Our registry is linked to this website under the registry tab. Since we have combined two homes into one we are good on all the trinkets! We are just asking for money towards are honeymoon! Thank you!
Can we bring our children?
Although we adore your children, we are not able to accommodate them at our wedding. We hope you understand!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoor?
Yes! The ceremony will take place outside shaded by large trees. Cocktail hour will be under a covered patio with fans and the reception will be inside.
What should I wear?
We would love everyone to dress “formal”. Which could be formal to you! Just no shorts, T-shirts, or flip flops please!
Our colors are navy and rose gold but feel free to wear whatever color you would like!
The ceremony will be in the grass so ladies, if you plan to wear heels, you may want to go with a wedge.
Should I eat before there ceremony?
If you have ever been to one of my parties you should know there will be plenty of food, and yes an open bar! So come hungry!
Can I bring a guest?
Although they say the more the merrier… we are pushing the limits on how many people can fit in the barn! We have included your spouse or significant other on your invitation. So we ask if your guest was not included on your invite you not bring a plus one.
