Semi Formal. Since it will be in Florida, try to wear lighter material clothing. We respectfully ask that no jeans are to be worn. Think garden party but make it fancy! Please wear your brightest and most fun colors you feel most comfortable in.

The invitation will state who is allowed to bring kids, due to location being right on the water it could be unsafe if they are left unattended, and we would love for mom and dad to have a night on the town! Please of course bring them down to FL and we would love to see your lovely children the next day, however the wedding itself will allow no kids. Only the bride and groom’s immediate family’s kids will be in attendance

The wedding takes place in May in sunny SW FL. Our ceremony is outside, foldable fans will be provided. The ceremony does take place on the grass so be mindful of any “skinny” heel that may be worn. Our reception however is indoors and ceiling fans will be on. If you are not used to summer heat in FL we do recommend wearing light fabric that isn’t thick or heavy. Our space has plenty of trees which definitely helps with the heat. Our cocktail hour also takes place outside, stay hydrated!

The invite will state if you get a plus one, due to limited space we can only offer plus ones to the one added on the invite

Our venue has an off site parking lot located right across the street from the Burroughs home. If you would like to put an address in for the parking lot it is 2500 First St Fort Myers. It may pop up as the “uncommon friends foundation”

You can arrive as early as 3:30, the ceremony will start at 4:30. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before.
