Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Magic Hill Farm, 13953 Ninth Line, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A0X7

We ask that our guests dress in "Garden Formal" attire. Some examples include bright/pastel colours or floral prints for the ladies and light neutral colours or linen suits for the men. Our reception will be at a barn and the ceremony will be held on an outdoor lawn. We ask that the ladies wear block heels instead of stilettos so that it will be more comfortable when walking on the grass.

Our ceremony will start at exactly 4:00PM. Please budget enough time for parking and walking over to the ceremony or if you need to use the bathroom beforehand. Any late comers will not be able to enter the ceremony viewing area once the ceremony has started.

Unfortunately, only those with their name on the official RSVP/invite are able to attend our wedding. We understand that many of our guests have newborn babies or young kids and while we would love to invite the little ones, our venue has a strict capacity limit for fire safety.

There is no gift registry but monetary gifts are welcome which can be given on the day of either as cash/cheque. There will be a card drop-off box available at the reception to do so. Alternatively, you may also send an e-transfer to jzhoupt@gmail.com. Your presence on our special day is already a gift to us.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions on the official RSVP. We will have vegetarian options available however please let us know if you have any specific food allergies or intolerances.

Yes, there is a large grass parking lot for guests who will be arriving by car. However, there will be no parking attendants on the day of so please park in consideration of other guests.
