Our Wedding

Current Guidelines: 

The CDC recommends delaying travel until you are fully vaccinated. Our strong preference is that you travel for our event only if you have been vaccinated against COVID-19 and it has been 14 days since you received your final dose. Unvaccinated people may travel, but they must have had a negative COVID-19 test within 3 days before arriving to Vermont. It must be a test for a current infection (like a PCR test). It cannot be an antigen test (also known as a rapid test). If you have recovered from COVID-19 within the last 3 months, you do not need to test unless you've developed new symptoms. Please bring proof of your negative test result or vaccination card with you. Masks are required in public spaced in Vermont regardless of your vaccination status. Updated April 24th, 2021. Note to our friends:

We are hopeful that COVID-19 will no longer be a major concern by June 12th, 2021, but we also want to ensure that everyone attending feels safe. We've been working closely with our vendors to ensure that we follow local rules and regulations. As of now, we're extending invitations to everyone in the hope that regulations will allow an event of this size to happen. If by May 15th, 2021 the guidance does not permit full-capacity events, modifications will be made accordingly. Plan to hear from us at that time regarding any changes. Full adherence to Vermont travel guidelines is strongly encourage. If you have any specific questions, please get in touch. COVID-19

This is the closet sizable airport to the venue. It's approximately 50 minutes away by car. We're happy to help with transportation upon your arrival and would recommend exploring Burlington, too.

The Middlebury Inn is where both the ceremony and reception will be taking place. It's a historical site in the center of town. It should be noted that there is a two night minimum for the Inn.

Courtyard Middlebury is a Marriot hotel. It's approximately a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the wedding venue. Please call the hotel directly to make use of the room block. This block will be available until May 11th, 2021.

So You're a Runner?

Our story starts in 2018 at SUNY Plattsburgh's campground called Twin Valleys. We both decided to go on a group hike and quickly found ourselves ahead of the group talking about life, running, and anything that came to mind.After our initial training at Twin Valleys we went on several running dates throughout Plattsburgh and our mutual crush began to grow. We eventually went to a local bar in downtown Plattsburgh called Monopole with a group of friends where we listened to a Johnny Cash cover band. The band wasn't very good so we both took off and went for a walk by the Saranac river instead.After that night at Monopole we continued to go on hikes in the ADK, travel to Montreal and Quebec, go to concerts, meet each other's families and friends, and we haven't looked back since.Our first two years together went by incredibly fast and now we have moved to Hinesburg, VT where Hannah is working towards her PhD at UVM and Brady works as an Academic Advisor for Champlain College.
