Hannah and Dylan's journey began in Murray Hill, like many other college grads, surrounded by friends, late nights, and city life. Dylan messaged Hannah on Hinge and after a few messages they decided to meet in person. On their first date, Hannah anxiously approached Mexicue when she received Dylan's text: “I’m the handsome guy sitting at the booth!” His charm and confidence immediately put her at ease. They shared margaritas and fish tacos, and by the end of the night they both knew there had to be a second date. As their relationship grew, so did their adventures. They explored the world together, deepening their bond with each new place. But when Dylan considered moving to Boca Raton for his future, he thought it was best to break up, assuming Hannah would never make the move with him. Hannah wouldn’t accept his break up, insisting that the future is unpredictable and they shouldn’t let it get in the way of something so special. Dylan quickly realized she was (and will continue to be) right, and they stayed in New York to build their life. They moved into their first apartment together in the Upper East Side, making it their home. Then came the proposal. Dylan knew Camp Danbee in the Berkshires, Hannah's favorite place, was where he wanted to ask her to be his forever. With some of their closest friends there to help them celebrate, he proposed, and she said “YES!” Surrounded by love and memories, they began the next chapter of their love story. What used to be only Hannah's happy place became a significant place for Dylan as well, making Danbee BOTH their happy place. We can’t wait to marry each other and celebrate with all of you! We’re excited for our wedding day and all the amazing memories we’ll continue to create together!
