Getting here

Wedding events will take place in Kittery Point, Maine. If flying in, we suggest Boston Logan airport. C&J Bus lines run every hour between the Logan and Portsmouth, NH. Advance booking is recommended to make sure you get a seat. If you take the bus, make sure to coordinate with us or someone else to pick you up from the bus station.

Lodging

If you're coming from out of town, we suggest securing your lodging soon, as June is a popular time of year to visit the area. For a stay close to the venue and our local beaches, we recommend seeking a short-term rental in Kittery Point.

Portsmouth, NH is around 10 minutes from the venue and offers a variety of lodging options close to downtown including hotels or short-term rentals.

York, ME is close to the more popular sandy beaches in the area. We love the walk from the York Harbor Inn to York Harbor Beach.

Getting around

The coast of Maine is best seen by car, and we suggest a vehicle rental if you're flying from out of town. There is Uber in the area, but don't expect to catch one whenever you need, as Kittery Point can be a quiet area.

Tides

We work around the tides in Kittery Point. You can review the tides on NOAA's website. Pepperrell Cove has rocky shorelines with tidal mudflats. For boating and swimming, aim for a higher tide. Nearby sandy beaches are best during a mid or lower tide when there is more room to spread out.
