Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is a large parking lot. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight as long as they are removed by 10:00am the following day.
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Our plan is to have the ceremony outdoors (weather permitting, of course). Fortunately, there is an alternate space at the venue for an indoor ceremony if necessary. Regardless of the weather, the reception will be indoors.
What is the dress code?
As it is the end of September, it’s difficult to predict what the temperature will be. Guests may need to dress accordingly. The dress code is semi formal or dressy casual. At the request of the venue, please refrain from wearing stiletto heels.
Are there any colours I should avoid wearing?
The bridal party will be wearing warm earth tones and the groomsmen will be in navy.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We understand that you may want to bring a guest, but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional guests due to space constraints.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, we are excited to offer beverages for our guests to enjoy, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
What time should I plan to arrive?
You’ll want to plan to arrive around 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the festivities.
Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?
We are planning to have a cocktail hour with an open bar, hors d’oeuvres and lawn games between the ceremony and reception. It will be a great time to mingle before the reception begins.
