Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and the reception will be held at Camp We Chi Me, about 15 minutes away from Reno, NV. The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will he held both indoor and outdoors!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will be held at 4pm, please arrive at 30 minutes prior to the event to find seating and sign our guest book. Any guests that arrive late will be asked to be in the back to not disturb the ceremony.
Are kids allowed?
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we have decided on only immediate family and wedding party kiddos. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our loved ones get dressed up for the occasion! Dress code is cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please no jeans, boots, sneakers, etc.
Ladies, we recommend no stiletto's as this is an outdoor event!
Please avoid any colors that are white, cream, beige, and red.
The average temperature around this time of year will be between 60 and 80 Degrees. Since this an outdoor event and held at a higher elevation, we recommend to bring a light coat just in case!
Can I bring a guest/date?
If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
Where should we park? Is parking available?
Answer coming soon!
Will there be alcohol? What should I do about driving?
Yes, we will have a beer truck serving ciders, beer, and wine. Any hard liquor you will need to bring cash for the bar. Remember to tips our bartenders!
However, we do not want anyone to be drinking and driving. If you do leave your car parked overnight at the venue, it must be picked up by 11am the following morning. We recommend having a designated driver or using rideshare apps for transportation if you plan on drinking!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have great photographers and they will absolutely shoot all the photos we need!
