Hannah and Jacob met the old fashioned way...on a dating app! They quickly bonded over faith, music, silliness, and honesty. Hannah visited her sister in California the day after their first date (Cornish Pasty for drinks and dessert), and she remembers telling Jenna about Jacob. How he was different, and made her laugh (ask us about a silly Easter egg joke that still haunts her memory).

Fast forward a few weeks and things were getting more serious. Then, Hannah booked an acting gig...in North Carolina. They decided to do the dang thing, make things official, and then Hannah ran off out of state for two whole months. Weeks of FaceTime dates till 3 am, many laughs, tears, heart to hearts, a quick visit from Jacob to NC, and they were hooked on each other.

Upon Hannah's arrival back to Flagstaff in early summer, it was pretty clear they were serious. They were inseparable, and the joke went that Jacob was not allowed to propose until at least October ;).

By the holidays, marriage was the goal and no surprise. They even started planning the wedding before the ring...When Jacob proposed (yay yay yay!) they launched straight into wedding planning for their short engagement.
