We would prefer if you did. We tried to get a range of rooms that are budget friendly. If you do not stay on property, there is an extra fee to attend the wedding.

We are asking everyone book their room by the end of February, so we can get a headcount for planning. There is only a $100 per person deposit at booking. 50% is due April 16 and the remaining 50% is due July 16.

There is a 3 night minimum with the room block. Please feel free to make a trip out of this and stay longer than 3 nights! We have the room block from Oct 1 - Oct 6, but if you would like to stay outside of this range, reach out to info@vagablondetravel.com and they can accommodate the room block rates outside of the above date range.

Yes. There will be transportation to and from the airport. Once you book your flights and get that information to Vagablonde Travel, they will arrange parties into shuttles and will provide rates.

Our ceremony and reception will both be outside, so please keep this in mind when choosing your outfit! The weather in Puerto Vallerta at this time of the year is in the 75-90 degree range. If i had to pick a dress code, I would say semi-formal beach wedding attire.

We are lucky enough to have everything we need for our new life together, so please, no gifts. Simply bring yourself and your dancing shoes – we can’t wait to celebrate with you! If you cant attend and would like to get a gift, we have complied some items.
