Like many TTU alumni, it all started one late evening at The Blue Light in good ol' Lubbock, Texas.

Well actually, it may have started a little earlier than that. When Hannah first moved to Lubbock, she didn't know many people in West Texas. Luckily, she had a few friends around that showed her all that there is to love about Lubbock.

It turned out, Hannah had gone to junior college with one of Keenan's current roommates, and during the pandemic Hannah and her friends spent a lot of time at Keenan's house playing poker.

But was Keenan there to meet his soon-to-be wife? Nope. God's plan wasn't that simple. Many of you know that any and all time that Keenan has, he devotes to his family's cowherd. Lucky for Hannah, that was exactly the kind of guy she was praying for.

A few months passed, and mutual friends realized what a good pair they'd make and arranged for Hannah and Keenan to be at the Blue Light on the same evening. After showing off his wicked skills at the pool table, Keenan got up the courage to introduce himself to Hannah. Then, following hours of chatting about cows, they closed down the bar and arranged a first date.

And the rest is history! But thank God for cows, The Blue Light and sneaky friends for arranging a love that will last a lifetime!
