Our Wedding

Our Love story began back in ourSenior year of college at The Merchant Marine Academy. After not seeing each other for 2 years due to different schedules, we came back together and the rest is history. Four years later, Jacob proposed inWilliamsburg, Virginia. One of our favorite spots to visit for the weekend. Along with the amazing surprise of a proposal, both of our families were hiding in the bushes to jump out and cheers when I said Yes!! Our love journey has been filled withroad trips across the country to see each other, face time movie nights, finally being together, and sharing it all with our dog, Goose! Life is better with your best friend and soulmate by your side. We cannot wait for a lifetime of laughter, happiness, adventure, and love! We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with all of you!

What is the Attire?﻿Formal outdoor tented cocktail hour and dinner reception.For the Ladies: Semi-formal/outdoor dress and comfortable shoes.For the Men: Dress pants of khaki pants with a button down shirt and jacket/coat. The Hilltop is very secluded, please wearshoes that will be comfortable for walking in grass and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Also bring outerwear as the reception will continue after the sun sets. Cowboy and Cowgirl boots are always welcome!! Transportation to the Reception:There is a parking lot at the Land. There are no Ubers in this area of New York. If you would like and try to order a Taxi, please do so ahead of time. If you can carpool with other quests that would be preferred. Please make sure you have a designated driver for the evening!

There are multiple Hotels in the Pittsfield, MA area that are a short drive to the Ceremony and Reception. There are also Hotels in Albany, NY that are a bit farther away, but in close proximity to the Albany International Airport. Airbnb and Vrbo are the best options for groups as it is peak fall foliage season in the Northeast and hotels tend to fill up fast.
