Hannah and Carter went to school together since middle school and always had mutual friends. It wasn’t until an ECU football game in 2017 that they realized they really did like each other (well, just Hannah realized it at that moment. Carter had a crush since his 7th-grade year!). After that ECU game, they texted and FaceTimed every single day and made it “official” on October 9, 2017. They have been inseparable ever since.

In 2021, Carter set out to get his Real Estate License and Hannah started Nursing School at Pitt Community College. Fast forward to now, Carter is a successful Real Estate Agent in Eastern NC and Hannah is a Mother/ Baby Nurse at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC. From graduating high school, getting their fur baby, “Ozzy”, starting their careers to now being engaged. They truly believe there is not a better person for each other.

On July 15, 2023, Carter and Hannah were heading to have photos done at the Washington Waterfront with their favorite photographer, Mady Noel. Little did Hannah know that Carter and Mady had been scheming together for months prior to pull together a perfect proposal.

In February, Carter and Hannah purchased their first home together in Ayden, NC, and look forward to all of the amazing things that will start and grow within it.

As they enter this special season of their lives not only are they excited for all of the incredible moments that will happen but the memories that will be made together, as one.
