Our Story

Our story

Noah’s POV:

oh where to begin…it is all about timing…

Our story is a great one, but our timing was off in the beginning. I liked her when she was unavailable. She liked me when I was focused on making music, getting ready to move states away and was completely oblivious to the fact that she liked me. Even when she ding-dong-ditched my house the timing was off. While she scared my mom half to death, I wasn’t even home and didn’t learn until a few years later that this was her.

Then while I was living in Florida and going to school, we connected again. Around the fall of 2021, we both came to the realization that we were on the phone, and texting each other a lot, and both agreed we wanted to change our relationship status from “it’s complicated” to “in a relationship.”

Our first year of dating really flew by and I knew she was the one that I wanted to marry. Every little date we had, and even little arguments really solidified in my heart that I wouldn’t want to do that with anyone else.

On December 27th, 2023 I proposed to Hannah - one of the scariest but also exciting things I’ve ever had the opportunity to do. I knew from the moment we finally connected that she was someone I could see having a future with, and now I get to live that out. I love you, and I love us and our timing is just right.

Hannah’s POV:

Hmmm where do I want to start?

Well, Noah and I went to school together since middle school. We had several mutual friends so we knew of each other but were never friends. That was the case until my senior year when he started advertising a concert he was performing at. I was interested in going because I had always thought he was cute and mysterious lol. So I texted him through snap chat and told him I would be attending his concert! Since that Snapchat, we haven’t stopped talking.

A few years into our friendship (he was living in Florida and I was in my second year of college), he sent me a song he wrote and told me it was about me. Now of course I was flustered when he told me he wrote that song about me. He said had feelings for me and he wanted to start a relationship that was more than friends. I took a little while to decide if he was someone I wanted to pursue because he lived so far away. But through all the FaceTimes and phone calls, I started to fall for him. A few months later, when he came home for Thanksgiving, he asked me to be his girlfriend on our first date (November 26, 2021). You can guess my answer…

We dated for two years and on December 27 of 2023 he surprised me with a romantic proposal. In full transparency I don’t remember what he said besides that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. Through my sobs of joy, I said YES!

Here we are now, a few months later planning the rest of together and so overjoyed for all the things we will do together. I love you honey and I feel so blessed to have you as my future husband and father to my children one day!
