When should I book my hotel?
The sooner, the better. Since we are joining families on Memorial Day Weekend, we suggest booking your lodging as soon as you can!
Is there Uber or Lyft available?
Unfortunately no. Ellijay is in a rural area, so Uber and Lyft are not established there yet.
Will there be a shuttle to get to/from the venue?
Yes! All guests who choose to utilize our shuttles will need to meet outside of the Comfort Inn & Suites by 3:00pm.
Where will the shuttle pickup and drop off?
The Comfort Inn & Suites only.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal. The ceremony is outside in the vines; plan your footwear accordingly.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Yes!
When should I arrive to the venue?
Beginning at 3:30PM, welcoming drinks will be provided out on the Vernanda.
All guests are encouraged to be in their seats no later than 3:50PM, and the Ceremony will begin at 4:00PM sharp.
If you arrive earlier than 3:30PM, you are welcome to visit the Engelheim Vineyards tasting room on the other side of the event center.
Can I drive myself to the venue?
Absolutely! The venue has plenty of parking available.
