Our Wedding

On August 17th 2019 and into the first hours of august 18th Hannah was on her first night of her very first ER travel nursing contract in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Her best friend, Chelsie had joined her for the first 10 days as a fun vacation. That evening, they decided to check out a local club located right on the lake- Kokomos!!! Little did they know this night was the night that Hannah and Mickey (pronounced My-kee) would meet. Hannah and Chelsie were doing there normal thing- being goofy, taking plenty of selfies, and people-watching in the club when they noticed a young man who had passed out drinking in one of the outdoor hammocks at Kokomos (this was NOT mickey...to be clear). This young man had fallen asleep in the hammock with a beer still firmly in his grip. Chelsie and Hannah thought it would be funny to take a selfie with said young man. Right as they were taking the selfie, a tall, dark and handsome (and slightly intoxicated), local man jumped into the photo and enthusiastically yelled HEEEEEYYY!!! Chelsie and Hannah both jumped with surprise from this photo-bomber. (They were usually the ones who did the photo bombing. lol) The photo bomber introduced himself as Mickey Chavez. Then some there was talking, belly-button shots, dancing, more talking, and the rest is history. The 18th of august also happened to be Mickeys birthday. I guess you could say, Hannah is the best birthday present he received. 🥰 And, here we are today... about to tie the knot!

Hannah's one and only sister! In lieu of Hannah's father who passed away in 2019, Audrey will be walking Hannah down the aisle with their mother, Roxanne. 

Audrey Kammerer

One of Hannah's BEST FRIENDS and definitely her partner in Crime. Met in Salt Lake City March of 2013 and still besties over 10 years later! And relocated to Phoenix within the same year!

Chelsie Martinez

One of Hannah's newer friends in the Phoenix area. Vanessa and Hannah love chatting over glasses of wine and discussing the challenges and beauties of being mothers! 

Vanessa Magaly

One of Hannah's best friends. They met in March 2013 when they were both going through breakups at the same time. Healing and adventuring created an extremely tight bond! Still besties over 10 years later! She is a Neonatal ICU nurse. One of the people who inspired Hannah to start nursing school. 

Stephanie Lewis

Another of Hannahs best friends. They met in January of 2014 and were nearly inseparable after that! He became a part of Hannahs family and is very much considered a brother to her and Audrey.

Nick Pehrson

Another one of Hannah's newer friends in the phoenix area. Also in the health care field and also relatively new to the phoenix area, Alyssa and Hannah quickly found that they get along fantastically and that their men also got along great and double dates, especially to coyote hockey games ensued. 

Alyssa Aguirre

Being a "step" parent has its inherent difficulties and challenges. But when Hannah met Mickeys 2.5 year old son, she instantly fell in love and has consistently taken on the role of "bonus mom" to this wonderful child. Over 4 years later and Gabriel and Hannah are thick as thieves. Gabriels dad is pretty cool too. To meet Gabriel is to love him! 

Gabriel Chavez

Just a fetus when Hannah and Mickey met...this little fireball is now 3 years old and ready to rock the role of flower girl. She is Mickeys niece, daughter of his brother, Dani. 

Kamilla Bonilla 

One of mickeys best friends in the Phoenix area, also the significant other of Chelsie Martinez. Hannah, Mickey and Chelsie met Ivan at a stop light in Glendale. 3 years later and he hasn't been scared off yet. Mickey and Ivan bond sharing their cultures with one another and their burning desire for food and their women. 

Ivan Molina 

Husband of Alyssa Aguirre. Mickey and Jesse hit it off as great friends on the first double date with the ladies. 

Jesse Aguirre

One of Mickeys good friends, always going on adventures down a river or in their own worlds. Mickey and Llans cultures have brought them really close as friends. 

Llan Llanos

One of Mickeys good friends from his job as a CDL driver for Coca Cola. They both went to CDL Training together and since then have become really good friends. They both live life on the edge driving 48 foot trailers.

Papago Park

A little bit of a drive, but for being in the middle of the desert, it's actually a really nice aquarium. Definitely recommend for people with kids!

Lovely desert hiking. Close to the wedding venue

South Mountain Park and Preserve

Great place to walk around to a variety of shops and restaurants. Can get pretty busy on weekends. But a lot of good food, drinks, and people watching

Mill Avenue Shops

This one is a tougher hike but has BEAUTIFUL views at the top, overlooking the whole city. Bring good hiking shoes and lots of water if you plan to go.
