Yes. While the ceremony does take place on grass, there are no stairs.

The entire wedding day will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be on grass while cocktail hour and the reception will be under a tent. Stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Free limited on-site parking is available. Please do not plan on leaving your car overnight as the club is private and gated.

Our dress code is semi-formal to cocktail. We ask that ladies wear dresses, skirts or chic jumpsuits while men wear suits or dress pants with button-up shirts and optional blazers. Since it’s an outdoor venue with grass, we recommend comfortable shoes for the ladies such as flats, wedges, or boots.

While it’s definitely not required, you are more than welcome to fit our rustic elegance theme! We’d recommend earthy “autumn” colors or jewel tones to fit the vibe.

In early October, Kansas City is transitioning into cooler autumn weather with averages highs in the 60s and 70s and lows in the 50s, though it’s possible to see warmer or colder days. Rain isn’t common, but possible. Please keep an eye on weather and dress accordingly!

Unless noted on your invitation, we are not allowing additional guests to our wedding as there is limited space at the venue.

We will have beef, chicken and fish options for entrees.

Our venue will try to accommodate everyone! If you have a dietary restriction, please note it in your RSVP so we can let the venue know.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 7803 Twilight Ln. Lenexa, KS 66217. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Our wedding will take place at Saddle & Sirloin on Saturday, October 4th. Guests can start arriving at 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour. We recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to walk to the ceremony site and find a seat. The reception will begin at 6:30 and will end at 11:00 PM.
