You won't be able to Google the venue name because we are being hosted by Hannah's Uncle Chan and Aunt Tracy on their personal property. Hannah has been visiting their home since she was four years old and has had so many wonderful memories on the property over the years, so it felt like the perfect spot for "I do." They live in Severna Park, which is a suburb of the Washington-Baltimore metro area situated on the Severn River, an estuary of the Chesapeake Bay -- just about 20 minutes northwest of Annapolis.

We are running a shuttle bus with a bathroom to get from the downtown hotels and the DoubleTree to the property -- the total trip is about 20 minutes. Details are available on the "Shuttle Info" section of the website.

For men, we'd recommend a dress shirt, jacket, and slacks with an optional tie or khaki pants & a sport jacket, and leather shoes or dress shoes. For women, a dress or jumpsuit, paired with heels, wedges, or dressy sandals. As a note, we will be on grass, so a chunky heel is suggested.

We will be in a residential neighborhood with very limited street parking, so we highly recommend either reserving a spot on the shuttle or utilizing a ride share service. However, some street parking is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

Rain or shine, we'll be outside! Don't worry, we'll be under a tent with covered sides if needed.

We suggest staying in and exploring Annapolis -- there's plenty of shopping and dining, as well a beautiful waterfront. We have blocks reserved at the Westin and the DoubleTree. Instructions on how to book at these properties are included on the "Where to Stay" section of the website. We have also received the discount code for the Residence Inn and the Fairfield Inn & Suites. There are other hotels in the area if rooms are no longer available at these properties, as well as a number of short-term homestays. Please note that shuttles will only depart from the Westin and the DoubleTree.

The closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) -- about 30 minutes away from downtown Annapolis. Washington National Airport (DCA) and Dulles International Airport (IAD) are also nearby -- 45 minutes and 1 hour, respectively, from Annapolis.

We are lucky enough to be hosted on a family property, and there is limited space in the yard. Please do not bring any guests that are not explicitly included on your invitation.

Though we'd like to have kids join us, we'll be right on the water, and we want everyone to stay safe. This will be an adults-only event, so we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
