Guests invited to the ceremony should arrive no earlier than 3:40 and no later than 3:55. Guests who are invited to the reception may arrive between 4:45 and 5:45. Please keep factors such as weather and traffic in mind. Our guests safety is important to us and we want you all to arrive on time, but more importantly safely!

Unfortunately, our venue allows a limited number of guests at our ceremony. Therefore, we are unable to invite all of our friends and family to join us for both the ceremony and reception. We kindly ask that your party only RSVP for the events which are listed on your invitation.

A shuttle will be available to transport those guests who responded they would like transportation prior to the ceremony. Pickup will be at 3:15 pm from both the Iron Horse Hotel & Potawatomi Hotel. Transportation will not be made available after the ceremony and before the reception. After the reception, the shuttle will be available to all guests who would like to return to either hotel.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening which includes cocktail, semi-formal, or formal dresses. Please no informal dresses or jeans. Also, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride including whites, ivories, and creams.

We kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of our most important memories and we would hate to have a phone or device blocking those moments for her to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

We unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation.

There will be limited street parking near the venue. We have also reserved a nearby lot for extra parking.

Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift itself, but if you feel inclined please contribute to our registry located on our website.
