There will be a bus taking those who stay at the hotel to and from the venue before and after wedding. 

Departure time from hotel to venue will be 3:45pm, there will be only ONE trip to the venue before ceremony. It will arrive at the end of the wedding to take everyone back to the hotel after as well.
