IS THE CEREMONY SITE AND RECEPTION SITE AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?
Both ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Tandale Nature Barn. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Reception will be indoors.
CAN YOU BRING YOUR KIDS?
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only unless specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this night as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
This is a formal event. Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside—please dress accordingly.
CAN YOU BRING A PLUS ONE?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity and our budget, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. So if your invitation says "and Guest" then yes; if not, then we would prefer if it was just you.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES THROUGHOUT THE CEREMONY / RECEPTION?
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment for us, but during cocktail hour and the reception, please take as many pictures as you would like :)
IS THERE A ROOM BLOCK?
Yes. Head over to the travel tab for hotel details and the link that will take you directly to booking.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE AVAILABLE FROM HOTEL TO VENUE?
Yes. There will be a shuttle to and from the hotel for ceremony and reception. Ceremony pick up times are: 3, 3:20, and 3:40. When reception is over, pick up times back to the hotel are: 11, 11:20, and 11:40. Please plan accordingly as the shuttle only has 12 seats per trip. Driver works on tips so please be kind :)
