Guests are responsible for transportation to and from the ceremony. Transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel to the reception and following the reception back to the Hilton. Shuttles to the reception are departing at 4:30pm from the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. The Springhill Suites shares a parking lot with the Hilton. Please note the shuttles will only be picking up at the Hilton. Following the reception shuttles will be provided to transport guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn. Shuttles are available for all guests regardless if you have a hotel reservation, as the after-party will take place at the Hilton.

Yes! There will be parking options at the church and reception. Please keep in mind that vehicles can be left overnight at Springton but the park does not open until 8am the following morning.

Please be prepared to spend time outdoors weather permitting.

Yes, the ceremony is expected to end around 3pm and the cocktail hour will not start until 5pm. Please check out the Things to Do section to see some of our favorite local spots!
