Trying to get a pump in before the wedding? The Rosemary Beach Fitness Center is located at 9 East Water Street, just west of the Sky Pool. The west wing of the Fitness Center offers TRUE Fitness Strength Training equipment and a recumbent bike. Cardio equipment includes LIFE FITNESS treadmills, ellipticals, a Stairmaster, and two spin bikes, as well as a Rogue assault bike and two Octane Fitness ellipticals. We also have two concept2 rowers available.

The east wing offers an expanded weight room with barbells, dumbbells (up to 80lbs), benches, a Smith machine and a booty builder. The multipurpose room offers Rings and TRX suspension trainers and is a great place to stretch before or after your workout when we are not offering group fitness classes.

The courtyard is set up daily (weather permitting) to enjoy an outdoor workout.

With a distinctive blend of experiences incorporating invigorating and therapeutic oceanic elements, the poolside Spa Pearl is an innovative and intimate spa experience with signature treatments utilizing the healing powers of the pearl gemstone. Within four private treatment rooms, men and women enjoy HydraFacial skin treatments, facials, signature body treatments, massages and waxing services. Available spa packages incorporate numerous treatments and range from two to four hours.

It’s important to note that almost all beaches in or around Rosemary are private. You can only access them if you are a resident or renting a place with deeded beach access. The only two public beaches in the area bookend 30A at Inlet Beach and Santa Rosa.
