We would love to see everyone in semi-formal attire. There is a lot of gravel, grass, and concrete pavers so we highly recommend that women wear stable heels/shoes that you can dance the night away in. We can't wait to see how incredible you all look!

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate those guests listed on your invitation.

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at McIntosh Ranch in Ellensburg, WA. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be in an indoor/outdoor space.

Please arrive to the venue no later than 3:30 pm. This will allow you time to park and walk to the ceremony spot.

The address for McIntosh Ranch is 7820 U.S. 97, Ellensburg, WA 98926. For out of town guests, we recommend flying into SeaTac airport and taking a beautiful 2 hour car ride over the Cascade Mountains into Ellensburg, WA for the weekend.

In central Washington, you will experience the beautiful landscape begin to shift from the end of a hot summer into the beginning of cooler fall air. Don't forget to bring your jacket so you can keep dancing after the sun goes down!

Yes! There is a large gravel lot for parking at the venue so feel free to drive or carpool with others. We ask that everyone parks close together as the gravel parking area is also the overnight camping spot for the weekend. Interested in camping with us at McIntosh Ranch? There will be plenty of food and drinks during cocktail hour and at the reception. The reception food will be BBQ themed with light appetizers, desserts, and beer + wine served.
