Hotel accommodations are available onsite at Normandy Farms. Be advised, the cutoff date to make all room bookings is December 17, 2024.

Under our room block, regular room rates are $189 a night, while suites are $389.

**For online booking please use the following steps:

1)Click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab)

2) under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu

3) click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter Group Attendee Code

4) click “Add” to move forward, roll to bottom of screen

5) click “Select & Go To Next Step”

6) tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date

7) Click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct

8) choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection

9) click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details

10) enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"

Additional accommodations can be booked at the Courtyard Marriott in Montgomeryville. We do not have a room block with this hotel, though.
