From South (El Paso):

Take I-10 West towards Las Cruces. Take Exit 140 for Avenida de Mesilla (you will see the SpringHill Suites across the street at the end of the off ramp). Turn left onto Avenida de Mesilla heading southwest towards Mesilla. Take a right at Calle de Medanos (The first right following the intersection with Calle del Norte (Route 359) passing Thai Delight and Cafe de Mesilla). Go straight until you are between two parking lots and then park and walk to the Basilica. The Basilica will be to your left-hand side as you drive along Calle de Medanos.

From the North (Albuquerque) or East (Alamogordo/White Sands National Monument):

For those coming from the east, take US Route 70 west until you reach I-25 and take the exit to get onto I-25 South. Take I-25 South towards Las Cruces/El Paso. Take Exit 3 for Lohman Ave and turn right to head west. After Texas Roadhouse, the road will split and you will now be on Amador Ave. When you reach Valley Drive (Route 188), turn left to head south. At the intersection with Avenida de Mesilla (Route 28) turn right to head southwest. You will pass SpringHill Suites on the right shortly after making the turn. Continue along Avenida de Mesilla and take a right at Calle de Medanos (The first right following the intersection with Calle del Norte (Route 359) passing Thai Delight and Cafe de Mesilla). Go straight until you are between two parking lots and then park and walk to the Basilica. The Basilica will be to your left-hand side as you drive along Calle de Medanos.

From the West (Deming):

Go past the Applebee's and McDonald's to get to Avenida de Mesilla. Turn right onto Avenida de Mesilla to head southwest towards Mesilla. Go straight until you are between two parking lots and then park and walk to the Basilica. The Basilica will be to your left-hand side as you drive along Calle de Medanos.

If the two parking lots are full, turn south onto Calle Principal towards the plaza. Turn left at Calle de Parian and left again at Calle de Guadalupe. There is another small parking lot on the right across the road from the Basilica.
