When do I need to RSVP By?
Please RSVP by Saturday October 5th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. Any RSVPs not received by this time will be considered as unable to attend.
Do you have a room block?
Yes! We have a room block at the Marriott and Double Tree. Please see the Travel tab in the menu above. We highly recommend staying at the Marriott as we will be providing transportation from this hotel to the ceremony! See the "Will there be transportation provided for guests?" question below for details on the bus schedule!
What Should I Wear? / Is There A Dress Code?
Yes! We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Our dress code is formal (black tie optional). No jeans, please. Ladies, please no white, cream, ivory dresses. Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place indoors.
What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:45pm CST. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony so you are able to find a seat and enjoy the beautiful music we have arranged. Also note, that there is only one entrance to the church, so those that arrive late will be asked to wait outside until the wedding party procession concludes.
Will there be transportation provided for guests?
Yes! We have two buses scheduled to make trips from the Marriott hotel to St. Edward Catholic Church from 4:45pm - 5:30pm for the ceremony. After the ceremony, buses will transport guests from the church to the Clinton Library for the reception. Buses will be available to shuttle guests from the reception back to the Marriott hotel as needed throughout the night.
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
If you are not planning to utilize the bus transportation mentioned above, we would recommend taking an Uber or carpooling to the ceremony as there is very limited parking at the church. However, there will be ample parking at the Clinton Presidential Center for the reception.
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony / Reception?
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off / silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as your would like!
Can I Bring My Children?
While we love all of our friend's and family's children, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate any guests under the age of 16 on our wedding day, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this event to have a fun child-free date night!
What's the bar situation?
We will be providing a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, wine, and champagne. We will also have multiple non-alcoholic options & coffee.
What is the dinner menu?
Dinner will begin once all guests arrive at the reception (estimated to be around 7:30pm). Dinner will consist of a dinner roll, caesar salad, whichever dinner option you chose while filling out your RSVP (beef, chicken, of fish option), and cake of course! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let Hannah or Vincent know by Saturday October 5th so we can be sure the venue can accommodate. Be sure to stick around for the late night snack which will be served around 10pm!
