Max and I met each other on Halloween day at St Olaf for a party. He made such a great first impression, that I went back to Minneapolis the next day to meet his friends. This picture was the first time we hung out as a couple at his house over a weekend with his friends. I was so nervous meeting his closest friends all at once.

We met my senior year of college and it was especially hard because of COVID restrictions at St. Olaf. We had to facetime a lot of the time for health safety and softball guidelines. Kind of like long distance even though he was only about 40 minutes away. I knew that we could make it work though.

He showed me that he was always my biggest supporter and showing me off even if I wasn't there or I couldn't see him.

We still got to go on date nights occasionally and get dressed nice for each other. These were always picturesque moments.

One of our favorite date spots was at the Bakken Museum in Minneapolis. This became a spot we visited on engagement day as well!

With many trips to Nebraska, we've always enjoyed our time together and we haven't killed each other yet! He got to meet a majority of my family very quickly because we don't get to go down there that often.

After all the COVID guidelines and schooling, we finally moved into our first apartment together in Minneapolis! It was an awesome little place and we added our first family member, Beckham, our cat!

We've enjoyed all of our date destinations and loved discovering new places.

We spent a great summer with our friends and had plenty of lake days; even though I hate lakes.

We've seen the Twins lose plenty of times, but drinking makes it worth while!

We took our first trip together abroad to romantic Italy!! We spent 2 weeks travelling all around Italy: Rome, Amalfi Coast, and Sorrento!

While everyone thought Max was going to propose in Italy, he came to surprise me after the trip on a scavenger hunt around all our favorite places and I fell in love even more!

Now here we are; planning the best day of our lives and we are so excited to share it with everyone!
