Hannah and Michael met for the first time during their freshman year at MLC at a bonfire.

Hannah left for MLC band tour and spent a lot of hours on a bus...most of which were spent texting and getting to know Michael better.

After talking for a few months, Hannah and Michael went on their first date to a Brewers game. (Even though Hannah didn't know it was a date)

After a few more months of talking and getting to know each other, Hannah and Michael officially started dating.

Hannah and Michael broke up the day before the COVID pandemic started. (Thanks Disney College Program!)

Hannah started attending a suspicious amount of MLC baseball games and they got back together. No one was convinced that she was just at the games to watch baseball...

Between student teachings, Hannah and Michael went to a Badgers basketball game.

They took a trip to Six Flags Great America. Michael enjoyed the rollercoasters much more than Hannah.

Getting lost in all the things to do in New Ulm, MN, they decided to finally go on the Schell's Brewery Tour.

Before Hannah went to Washington for student teaching, they spent all the time together that they could during their last semester in college.

Hannah and Michael graduated from MLC and received their first calls to California and Texas. Not exactly driving distance from each other.

In between getting back together and getting engaged, they got to celebrate a lot of their friends getting married.

After making the poor decision of not seeing each other for 5 months during their first year of teaching, they celebrated Thanksgiving together in San Antonio, TX.

Michael flew to California to surprise Hannah with a proposal. Michael doesn't enjoy planning ahead, but he planned the perfect day with a trip to the beach and a celebratory dinner by the ocean.
