Who should I contact if I have more questions?

If you have any questions that aren’t answered by the Q & A and you are still unsure of things, please reach out to Hannah or Matthew! One of us will get back to you as soon as possible to clear up any confusion!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Our ceremony and reception will both be outdoors! There is a large tent with fans, or heaters may we need them for our reception! If the weather does not cooperate the ceremony will be moved into the tent. We can’t wait to celebrate rain or shine!

Will I be able to take photos during the ceremony?

We understand you want to take pictures for the moment, but we kindly ask you please keep all phones and cameras away during our ceremony and let our photographer do her thing! Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to capture any pictures you’d like, AFTER the wedding party has walked back down the aisle!

What should I wear?

We would love if our family and friends could join us in dressing up for the occasion! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code for our wedding. Women are invited to wear semi-formal dress or jumpsuits. For men suits, dress pants and even khakis paired with a button down/dress shirt are recommended. If jeans are your best dressed, please feel free to wear those, but we ask that is not your first option!

Are kids invited?

Although we love your children, this will be an adult only occasion. If your child is invited their names will appear on the RSVP, when you respond. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and celebrate with us! We appreciate you making prior arrangements. *Do not be alarmed when some children will be there. Our immediate family members kids will be there.*

What time does the wedding start and end?

The ceremony starts at 5:30pm and the reception ends at 11:00pm.

What time should I show up?

Please arrive no later than 5pm, to give you plenty of time to park and find a seat for the ceremony.

Can I have a plus one?

We would love to invite everyone but please stick to the addressed party on your invitation as we are having a seating chart! We would hate for someone to not have a seat and have any surprises for the bride and groom on their day!

Is it ok to post photos on social media?

Absolutely! We just kindly ask the bride and groom are not in any pictures posted UNTIL they get a chance to share their day!

Is there shuttle?

There will be a golf cart to shuttle anyone who is unable to walk distances on the property grounds. This includes from the parking lot to the ceremony, the ceremony to the reception and from the reception back to your cars! Just give the workers a heads up when you park!

Where should I park?

There is a designated parking lot to the right of the venue when you come across the train tracks! There will be workers there to escort you in the right direction!
