A block of rooms have been reserved at a hotel 10 minutes from wedding site for any out of town guests who are interested in getting a hotel room at a reduced rate. It is not a requirement, just an offer to try and help reduce the stress of finding a place to stay.
You will be able to choose between a room with 2 queen beds or a room with one king bed and the rate will be $129/night, which is a significant discount from their regular rates.

If you are interested in getting one of these reserved hotel rooms you must do so by July 15th because the hotel will stop holding the rooms at the reduced rate a month before the wedding.
