How do we RSVP/when to RSVP by

Please RSVP by July 15th, 2024. You are able to directly RSVP on our website by clicking the RSVP tab. Please enter your full name as listed on your invitation. You will be able to accept/decline as well as choose your meal. Late RSVPs will unfortunately not be accepted.

Can I Bring A Guest Or Plus One Even If It’s Not Listed On The Invitation?

Due to the venue capacity and our budget, we are not able to accommodate plus ones for everyone. If a guest name or the word guest is included on your invitation or online, you are welcome to bring a guest, otherwise we ask that you just bring yourself. We will all still have a blast partying the night away!

What's The Dress Code?

Semi formal or cocktail attire! While we do not expect black tie attire, we ask that the jeans, t shirts, sweatpants and sneakers are left at home. Ladies feel free to wear summery dresses (length of dress can be whatever you'd like!) and incorporate greens and pinks that will be part of our wedding colors. For those in the military, feel free to wear your formal dress uniform for the ceremony as the groom will be wearing his. We will have a spot for you to leave a suit to change into for the reception if you wish.

What Time Should I Arrive To The Venue

Guests are allowed to arrive at our venue for 4:30 PM to find parking as well as a seat! Please do not arrive any earlier.

Where are you registered?

We have a registry through Amazon as well as the knot! Our registry is located on our website to make it easier for guests to locate

Are Kids Invited?

While we love spending time with kids, this wedding will be an adult only party! Time to get crazy and celebrate a night away from the children.

Is There Transportation Being Provided To/From The Venue?

Guests who are staying at the Stage House Inn will have access to a complimentary shuttle before and after the wedding. Those in the wedding party will also be able to access the shuttle if staying in the Nealley house. There is plenty of parking spots at the venue for those who are driving themselves and there is no charge. Remember to drink and drive responsibly!

What Will Our Wedding Timeline Look Like

Our ceremony will start at 5 pm and go until 5:30. From there we invite you to enjoy yourselves on the veranda or inside for cocktail hour until 6:30PM. Our ceremony and party time will go until 10:30 PM in the main barn space!

Will The Ceremony Be Taking Place Indoors Or Outdoors?

As long as the New England weather is good to us, we will be having our ceremony outdoors! Our site is located on grass, so ladies please consider that before breaking out those thin heels. If there ends up being rain, our ceremony will be moved inside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and request that people keep their phones away during this time. We will have plenty of photos from the photographer and want everyone to be present during the moment! We will have an announcement as well the day of to remind people.

Will There Be An Open Bar?

We will be having an open bar for our wedding. There will be signs at the bar indicating which liquor is included in the open bar packages.

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction or allergy?

For those who have allergies or dietary restrictions, we will be including a spot on our online RSVP to include these. Feel free as well to reach out to us through email (hannahmichaelwedding2024@gmail.com) with any other concerns or questions.

Where can we stay for the wedding?

While we cannot bock hotel rooms for everyone, we have listed several hotel options within 10-15 minutes of our venue! Many include free breakfast have plenty of free amenities and are conveniently located near our venue.
