<p>Hannah and I were first introduced to each other at Trinty Prep in my junior year and her sophomore year of high school. We were acquainted but never very close. She served on the worship team and I served on the security team at our church, but we both had different friend groups. Hannah and I didn't become close until the summer of 2020. She reached out to me on social media after accidentally opening the map feature and seeing my location. She had seen that I was living only a mile from her so she took a screenshot of the location and sent it to me. That began a very intriguing conversation between us that lead to other really deep conversations. I enjoyed talking to her so much and she was so funny and real with me. She had no idea that I had become interested in having a relationship with her because I didn't act very flirtatious over text. The following Sunday coincidentally Hannah sat on the far right side of the auditorium where my family would usually sit so we ended up right next to each other. I prayed the next week after that encounter and asked God if it was in his will for us to be together. I received all the green flags from the Lord so on an evening after a day of school in Oklahoma when Hannah was on vacation in Florida, I told her that I wanted to pursue a relationship with her. She responded very quickly and said yes and seemed very excited. Our first date was that Friday, August seventh in 2020 after I had worked a long shift at Chick-Fil-A. I picked her up and took her to get boba tea and then we spent hours talking in the Cabellas parking lot. She had a very long list of questions that she had written down for me and it was not a typical date in my opinion. I liked her so much that I asked if we could be exclusive on our first date. She agreed and didn't seem reluctant at all. I asked her to be my girlfriend six days later. We were each other's first kiss on September first, and I told her that I loved her on September second. There were a lot of dates in between and lots of growing experiences leading up to the day that Hannah and I got engaged on February Thirteenth on the staircase at the Calabrese in Southlake. I am so ecstatic to be married on October Thirtieth of 2022.</p>
