We have arranged room blocks at both the Courtyard Marriott and Cambria hotels. Refer to our Travel & Reservations page for more information and direct links to our hotel blocks.

Given we reach the required room reservations, a complimentary shuttle service to the venue and back will be provided from the COURTYARD MARRIOTT hotel. Please note, this shuttle will only be available to those staying at their hotel. Please refer to the Travel & Reservations page on our website for more details. More information will be available closer to our wedding date.

Yes, there is ample parking available at venue. The address for public parking is 2160 N Farwell Ave. Guests are able to use the 1st garage opening. It is a surface lot that is under a building. There is a sign above the entrance that says public parking. Guests are welcome to park and then pay at the pay station before they head to Jan Serr. There is also a public lot on Prospect that is not affiliated with the venue, and some people suggest using the Columbia St Mary's Lot. Otherwise, street parking is available in the neighborhood surrounding Jan Serr.

There will be a sign on the prospect avenue entrance with our names (Hannah & Rob). Once you're in the building, they will have another sign in the gallery that will guide you to the 6th floor.

We encourage you to take photos during the reception, but kindly refrain from photography during the ceremony. Professional photos will be shared later.
