There will be ushers that will guide you to where the guests park. The ceremony/reception is up a hill so there will be a shuttle service from the parking lot to the ceremony if the walk is too long/steep for you!

Yes, if you have a small child that you do not have a babysitter for, you can bring them. Keep in mind they will not have a seat/food plate for them so you will have to have them sit in your lap. The music will be clean, but there will be alcohol consumption.

Anyone listed on the invitation, sent in the mail, will be able to be added to the RSVP list. If your invitation includes a plus one, please add their name on the RSVP, if you can!

During the ceremony please keep your cell phone silenced and put away. We have paid a photographer to take amazing pictures and we do not want your cell phones, as a guest, in the pictures. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take pictures/videos of the rest of the evening! Our wedding hashtag for social media will be #ImSorryMrsJackson2025H&L

We are not going to do a gift registry. Instead, we will have a box at the wedding for a honeymoon fund. There will be a slot for cash, as well as our venmo/cashapp on the front!

The bar is going to be a cash-bar only. Per the venue, 18% gratuity will be added to each check and there will be a tip jar out if you would like to leave more. They will be available for the entire time. 4pm to 10pm. Alcohol being served will be wine, beer, champagne. Coffee bar will be served during cocktail hour, at no extra cost, for anyone who does not drink alcohol!

The food being served at 5:30 pm will be pulled pork BBQ, baked beans, coleslaw, mac and cheese, potato salad, and rolls. If you have a dietary restriction, there will be a section in the RSVP portion to state that. When I see that, I will reach out to you about what we can serve you instead! Non-alcoholic drinks are going to be available as well (soda, sweet tea, pink lemonade, and water).
