We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside alcohol to the wedding. Our venue has a strict policy that prohibits outside alcohol. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this rule. Don't worry, we'll have plenty of drinks available for everyone to enjoy!

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 1st. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly encourage our guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. To add in our accent color, wearing black would add a personal touch. Please wear something that makes you comfortable and confident so we can dance the night away!

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding. Anyone not listened on your RSVP will not have a seat due to limited space.

Due to a change in plans, we will be having an adults-only celebration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you can still join us for our special day.

The bridal party is staying at the Tru at Cadillac Jack's in Deadwood. We have reserved a block of rooms at this location. If you wish to use the room block call (605)571-1001. The block is under "Sullivan Wedding," with a code of Plan C- 904. In the event that the block is full there are additional hotels at this location. If you would like to stay elsewhere there are a number of hotels in Deadwood, Spearfish, Sturgis, or Rapid City. Please reach out if you need help finding a place!
