Our Wedding

Our story starts the way all epic love stories do — at a bar with a pickup line. Hannah was visiting Key West for a month with her friends, when her and Rachel decided to pop into Hanks for some live music and "just one" (yeah right) drink. It did not take long for Bobby to walk up and hit us with the now famous, “Have you ever tried a key lime mojito?” We stayed in touch after that, but it took a few years (and a few more mojitos) for us to reconnect. Once we did, we started splitting our time between NYC and Key West — seeing each other for three weeks at a time before Bobby had to head back to sea. Meanwhile, Hannah was living her best double life: part island girl, part city girl — basically a real-life Hannah Montana. In July 2024, Hannah’s job went fully remote, and she officially made the move to the island we now call home. Soon after, we welcomed our pup Jetty, and Bobby traded in his sea legs to dive full-time into real estate. And now, we’re getting married where it all began — surrounded by the people we love most, on the island that brought us together.

Airport Options

Key West International Airport (EYW)

We recommend flying directly into Key West International Airport (EYW). It is a small airport, conveniently located right in Key West, making it the closest option for your travels. Once you arrive, getting to your hotel or rental is a breeze with just a 5-10 minute ride by Uber or Lyft—no need to rent a car!

Miami International Airport (MIA)

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the second closest airport option to Key West. If you choose to fly into MIA, please note that you will need to rent a car and drive to Key West. The 159-mile journey is beautiful crossing over all the bridges of the Keys and typically takes about three and a half hours.

Old Town Key West

Old Town Key West is the heart of the island. This area will put you within walking distance of countless bars, restaurants, shops, and all the action on Duval Street. Hotels in Old Town tend to be more expensive because of the prime location, but this is definitely the most convenient area to stay in. All wedding events will take place in Old Town.

New Town Key West

New Town will have more affordable hotels. Expect to use Uber/Lyft to get around because it is farther&nbsp;from all the action in Key West.

It just completed a $100 million renovation, blending classic charm with modern luxury. It’s a bit more of a splurge and located slightly farther from the venue—about a 15-minute drive—but it’s a beautiful spot if you’re looking to treat yourself.
