There is some amazing accommodation in Porlock and Porlock Weir. Porlock is within walking distance of the marquee (600m) and the church is in Porlock Weir (See map below).

Camping

Camping is available in the field near the marquee from the 5th-7th. Please note, there will be toilets but no showers. If you need more facilities we'd recommended Sparkhayes campsite in Porlock. If you do wish to camp with us, let us know so we have an idea of numbers.

If you're staying in Porlock: the marquee is in walking distance. We wouldn't recommend driving to the church as parking will be limited. As such we have arranged transport from the marquee to the Church between 12:30 - 14:00. Transport will then take everyone back to the marquee for the reception from 16:30. Once the night is finished you'll be able to walk back to your accommodation in Porlock.

If you're staying in Porlock Weir: you will already be right by the church, stay put! There will be transport to the marquee for the reception from 16:30. Once the night is finished, we will arrange taxis from 23:30- 00:30 to shuttle you the short (but best not walked!) distance back to Porlock Weir. We advise bringing some cash for the driver.

If you're coming from elsewhere: we wouldn't recommend driving to the church as parking will be limited. We advise you park in the field with the marquee. We have arranged transport from the marquee to the Church between 12:30 - 14:00. Transport will then take everyone back to the marquee for the reception from 16:30. If you require transport back to your accommodation, we recommend pre-booking this. We're quite rural and there is no such thing as Uber...or phone signal.
