Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be indoors while the cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors.
What can we expect at the Welcome Party?
The Welcome Party is a drop by bonfire held in the hotel's courtyard. Swing by between 6 pm and 9 pm and say a quick hello to the bride and groom while on your way to dinner OR plop down on one of the couches and enjoy your evening among family and friends.
Drinks and food will be available for purchase at the hotel's bar.
Will there be parking at the venue?
Valet parking will be provided to our guests at a limit of one car per household. Uber/Lyft are highly encouraged.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely.
Is there a room block?
While there is no room block for the wedding, there is a group code that can be used to get better rates at the Embassy. Please refer to our travel section for that information.
Is there a dress code?
Match the energy of the sea with flowy, romantic, semi-formal attire. Whether you choose a breezy dress or a linen suit, the goal is to enjoy the stunning shoreline in something you feel fabulous, yet comfortable in.
Colors the bride would like you to consider wearing are blues, creams, and tans.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, our wedding can only accommodate those listed on the invitation.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Food accommodations can be made upon request.
Is there an airport close by that you recommend?
The airport code for Panama City Beach's airport is ECP. If you fly into Fort Walton beach or Destin, you will want to use the code VPS.
