The RSVP is due by July 11th. If you have trouble making this deadline, please contact the bride or groom in advance. Note: the hotel blocks close earlier! So if you are planning on saying at one of the hotels that is blocked off (see "Travel" page), please book your room by July 9th!

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be outside of the Law family residence (Shangri-Law). The address is 8453 Sill Road, Sodus Point, NY 14555. The ceremony will take place outside next to the lake, followed by drinks, dinner, and the reception under a tent adjacent to the house.

Summer Semi-Formal: Think sundresses, lightweight suits, and summer-appropriate elegance. We’re celebrating outdoors—dress to impress, but stay cool and comfortable! Light slacks with collared shirts, summer suits, and dresses are all appropriate. Short-sleeve collared shirts are welcome, but we prefer that people refrain from wearing shorts if possible. Recommended that people don't wear heels (or that they wear comfortable block heels) because the wedding and reception will almost entirely be on grass.

While we love all your children, unless they are listed on your invite, we do ask that this event be adults only! We hope you take this opportunity to have a fun night out with your significant other or your friends!

If you have a "guest" listed on your invite and when you RSVP then yes! Please make sure that you RSVP for yourself and your guest by July 11th, 2025.

We have some hotel rooms blocked off at the Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster as well as the Fairfield Inn and Suites Rochester East. These hotels are 30 minutes from Shangri-Law, so there will be a shuttle bus provided to transport guests to and from the hotel (more information on "Travel" page.) There are also ample Airbnb's in the area that guests are welcome to book. However, they will have to arrange transportation to and from their accommodation since Uber and Lyft are not available in Sodus Point.

There will be parking on site for anyone driving to the house. If you are planning on staying at the designated hotels, there will be a shuttle service available to transport you to and from the wedding. If you are staying at a local Airbnb, you will need to drive yourself. Note: there is NO Uber/Lyft in Sodus Point!

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. However, we recommend getting to the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure a smooth timeline!

Yes! Beer, wine, and well drinks will be provided. Make sure you plan transportation home accordingly or plan to take our complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel! Reminder that there is no Uber or Lyft in Sodus Point.

We'll be serving Greek cuisine, with chicken souvlaki as the main course! Dinner will be buffet style. If you have dietary restrictions please do not hesitate to contact the bride or groom!

The reception will end at 11:00pm. Any guests taking the bus can start boarding at that time. The bus will depart Shangri-Law at 11:10pm. See the "Travel" tab for more information about the shuttle schedule!

We have friends and family traveling from all over the country—and even the world—and your presence here is the greatest gift of all.
