Rules for the mansion per host
Check in Oct. 4 after 4PM
Check out Oct. 7 at 10AM
-Number 1 Rule: Please no loud music, and observe quiet hours after 9PM. My neighbors are nice, quiet people. So please be respectful of them. Unfortunately, we will have to impose a $500 fine on guests and ask them to leave the home immediately if noise issues with neighbors arise. No tolerance on this rule.
-Please try to leave the home as you found it by washing and putting dishes back, taking out the trash etc.
-We do not provide access to the basement or the carriage house for storage and safety purposes (don't worry, you're not missing out on much)
Other than that, please make yourself at home! Feel free to cook meals, watch TV, explore the area and enjoy the amazing Downeast!
