Our wedding will be hosted at a beautiful all-inclusive, adults-only resort! The resort has stunning ocean views, fantastic dining options, and gorgeous rooms - it's the perfect spot for a getaway.

Just a quick heads up - the beach at the resort isn't swimmable due to strong waves and currents, but a swimmable beach is a short 7-minute walk away. Plus, the resort has two infinity pools overlooking the ocean, so you'll still feel like you're right on the water.

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration. We hope you can take this opportunity to unwind, recharge, and have some fun with us!

Airport Details

We recommend flying into the San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) and arriving by Friday, June 20th to allow plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the festivities.

Nearest Airport: San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) - This is the major airport serving the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. It is located approximately 35 minutes from the resort.

Transportation to the Resort

We’re excited to share that we’ve partnered with Cabo Bay Transportation, a high-quality, safe, and reliable private transportation company in Cabo, to offer discounted rates for transfers to and from the airport. Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, they have a variety of vehicles to suit your needs.

Pricing: Round-trip transfers are priced at $120 USD per vehicle. Prices are based per vehicle, not per person, and include transportation for all passengers in your party - carpooling is encouraged!

Vehicle Options: For groups of 1–6 passengers, you will typically be transferred in a comfortable SUV, which has ample space for your luggage (max 5-7 suitcases). Larger groups (7+ passengers) will be accommodated in a white Volkswagen Transit or Toyota Hiace, with plenty of room for luggage, including golf bags or fishing rods.

Perks of your Private Transfer: Your transfer includes cold water, beer, a shot of tequila, and a stop at the store for any last-minute items you may need before arriving at the resort. The drivers use the toll road for a faster, stress-free trip, so you can reach the resort as quickly as possible.

Booking Details: To reserve your transfer, please visit Cabo Bay Transportation's website, https://cabo-bay.com/. On the main page, you'll find the option to begin your reservation.

Flight Tracking: Cabo Bay will track your flight to ensure that your transfer is waiting for you upon arrival. Please be sure to provide accurate and detailed flight information when booking.

Discount: To receive the discounted rate, when entering your last name during booking, please include "Wedding H&B." For example - "Rakow - Wedding H&B" This will flag the driver that you are eligible for our special rate.

Payment: During the booking process, you will see an initial transfer rate of $140 USD. When you complete your transfer, you will pay the driver directly, and they will apply the discount, so you’ll only pay $120 USD. Drivers accept both cash and card.

Room Block Details

We’re thrilled to have you join us for our special day! To make your stay as seamless as possible, we’ve arranged a room block with our resort. Here’s what you need to know:

Stay Duration: All guests are welcome to stay for up to 9 nights with our special room block rates. A minimum stay of three nights is required, and all guests must book for the nights of Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (June 19-21). If these dates don't work for you, please reach out to us directly, and we'll do our best to help.

Room Rate: Room prices are quoted per night and include the all-inclusive package for each guest occupying the room. The rate depends on the room type and occupancy. Taxes and fees are included in the total price.

Room Types:

Ocean View Rooms: Located on the lower levels of the resort with beautiful ocean views

Oceanfront Rooms: Positioned on the upper levels of the resort, offering elevated, unobstructed views

Junior Suite Double: Features two double beds

Junior Suite King: Equipped with a king-sized bed

Casita: A one-bedroom with a separate living area, kitchenette, and private plunge pool. To book a Casita, please contact us directly.

Occupancy: Each room accommodates up to three guests.

Booking Deadline: Please book your room by Thursday, March 20, 2025, to secure your spot.
