The entirety of our wedding day will be taking place at Windridge Estate in Cazenovia. Our ceremony will take place in the estate courtyard promptly at 4:30pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

The town of Cazenovia is conveniently located 20.5 miles (29 minutes) from Syracuse. For our farther out of state family and friends, we recommend flying into Syracuse International Airport. Rental cars are available at the airport and within the area. A shuttle will be provided to run to and from the Hampton Inn (where our wedding block is reserved) on Saturday prior to our ceremony beginning as well as during our reception. The first departure from the Hampton Inn will begin at 3:30pm. The shuttle will run until 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow for adequate seating time. The shuttle service will then begin again for rides back to the Hampton Inn starting at 8:30pm. There is also a decently sized parking lot directly on our venue's property that is walking distance from our reception and ceremony areas.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We kindly request that you wear semi-formal attire for our special day. No jeans. Our wedding day will be full of pastel hues (pinks, blues, oranges, yellows) - we encourage these shades to be worn if you're interested! Please note - our venue adopts an indoor/outdoor concept where there will be both gravel & grassy areas. Keep this in mind when making your shoe selections for the event.

Due to limited capacity at the venue's request, we can only allow the people who will be named on your formal invitation to attend. We have tried our absolute hardest to accommodate as many plus ones as possible when curating our guest list. Your invitation will be made out to "(Your Name) & (Guest Name)" if a plus one has been given to you. Please refrain from reaching out to Hannah or Nate to request a plus one as we will be unable to accommodate. Thank you for understanding.

While we love all the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We encourage you to use our celebration as a fun "night out" for yourselves!

There has been a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Cazenovia. This hotel is across the street from Windridge Estate. Block information and rates can be found in our travel section. Additional hotels will be recommended in our travel section if you are unable to secure a room at the Hampton Inn.

The Hampton Inn is currently adding 5 rooms at a time to our reserved block. There have been many instances where our guests have had trouble booking a room and are told there are none available. Should you go to make a reservation and are alerted there are no more rooms for our block, please reach out to us and we will alert the hotel staff to add more rooms. We will follow up with you if rooms are no longer available. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
