Where is it?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Venue at Birchwood located at 4749 Kedron Road, Spring Hill, TN.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm on Saturday, August 10, 2024. We suggest arriving to the venue 15-20 minutes early to ensure you are seated prior to the start of the ceremony.
Can I Bring A Guest/Date?
We unfortunately cannot accomodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name & Guest}" if a plus one has been given to you.
What do I wear?
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us, but we also want you to be comfortable! The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this this of year in Tennessee we suggest the following attire as it will be hot:
Women: sundresses, lightweight flats or wedges for outdoor cocktail hour
Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional
When should I RSVP by?
The deadline for RSVP's are July 20, 2024. This is to ensure that everyone is accounted for in planning our reception meal, we do not want you missing out on all of the good food!
What if I Can't Make It?
Know that your presence will be greatly missed. Please RSVP "Will Not Attend." If you have already RSVP'd that you WILL be attending, but had a change of plans, please contact Hannah at (256) 226-1396 or Adam at (615) 975-4580.
Is there parking at the venue?
There will be ample parking at the venue for our guests, so no need to worry about that!
