Richmond International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel area and a 44-minute drive from the venue! You can either uber or rent a car for the duration of your stay.

As our venue is in the countryside, the nearest hotel area is Short Pump. Filled with shops, eateries, and various hotels, we're sure you'll find it comfortable! A few of the hotels are: Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump (12042 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23233) (shuttle pick up/drop off) Home2 Suites by Hilton Richmond Short Pump (209 Towne Center W Blvd, Richmond, VA 23233)

There will be transportation offered to guests to/from the Hilton (12042 W Broad St) in Short Pump. We encourage guests who don't feel they'll be able to drive safely after the event, to utilize our free comfortable transportation! The shuttle will pick up outside the hotel at 3 PM and will be leaving by 3:10 PM to account for drive time and make sure you have plenty of time to be seated before the reception. If you're unable to make the shuttle on time, we recommend Uber! At the end of the night when the wedding is over around 9:30 PM the shuttle will return guests to the Hilton. The shuttle has 31 seats and we have already discussed with guests who will/will not be interested in taking it, to make sure there's room for everyone.
