Given our planned resources and venue capacity, we have decided to limit the number of guests. We appreciate your understanding!
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Yes, a block of rooms have been reserved at Springhill Suites Newburgh. Please refer to the Travel tab on our website.
Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?
No. There is free parking around the venue as well as Uber and Lyft options.
