Yes at the Esquire Hotel! We will add on more if this fills up. We will add another hotel if needed. Otherwise we recommend looking in Gastonia NC at least for if you are staying near the venue Thursday or Friday.

Aside from rare exceptions, and due to many factors we respectfully ask that you leave your children at home with another loving caretaker, and that you come celebrate our adult-only wedding with us.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a Formal Black-Tie Optional dress code for the evening. This means you should wear the nicest clothing you have easy access to. Options include tuxedo, nice suit, floor length gown, or cocktail dress. Wear whatever color you like, but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory, etc.)

The doors to the venue will open for guest arrival at 4:15 PM on the day of the wedding. We highly recommend that guests arrive no later than 4:30-4:45 PM to be able to park and find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM and will begin whether all guests are present or not. If guests are late, they will wait until the ceremony is over to enter the building.
