Both the ceremony and reception will be at Club 16, so no need to worry about travel between the ceremony and reception.

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM and we recommend guests arrive at least 15 minutes early to get settled.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. When you RSVP, you will be able to see who is part of your invitation if you are unsure.

Due to limited space, we hope you understand that the only children invited will be named. Your invitation will be made to "(Your Last Name) Family" if you are children are invited and "(Name + Guest Name)" if only you are your significant other are invited.

We would love to see you dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal. The wedding party will be in Eucalyptus green dresses and grey suits. Please avoid traditionally themed colors for the bride: white, cream, ivories

There are taxis available to take you to/from your hotel.

We have a block reserved with Best Western in Sparta. There are limited block reservations available. Call 608-269-2664 and ask to reserve under Dearman Wedding. Reserve by December 1st to get the group rate.
